Owner, Shanda Malone, is a seasoned organizational change management and learning management leader. With over 15 years of experience, she has successfully driven transformative initiatives that align training and communication strategies with change objectives in enterprise environments.
Shanda is a graduate of Mississippi University for Women. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications and has acquired several IT certifications in Agile, ITIL and Organizational Change Management.
